As you are getting a spark, this effectively rules out any problems with the ignition system.....presumably the flywheel hasn't been removed at any time? So, try a new spark plug, tip a little raw fuel down the plug hole and see if the engine fires. If it does, then its a fuel issue. Also check that the engine has compression when you turn it over.
