Whirlpool front loading states F/H (Issuficient Water)?

I have a front loading HE Duet Whrilpool washer. It doesn't get through the full wash cycle and gives an error code alternating between F and H. The manual says an FH error code is b/k of insufficient water. But there is water in the washer when it happens. I can manually go through each of the cycles (wash, rinse, spin), but the wash and rinse both show this error code before spinning. Any ideas? Btw, I really do not want to wait for a technician, b/k they have already no-showed.

My washer doing the exact same thing. When I saw "inssuficient water" I checked the spigots for the hot and cold water. I found that my hot water spigot wasn't open enough. Once I opened the spigot, the washer worked just fine.
