the lower part of the machine is jammed a broken part of a gear fell off how do i gain access to this part.

Hello Annie,
Take the grey plastic base off, take the botton panel off, you can now get to the gear, they are quite easy to obtain and I can attach timing instructions if you email me, this site does not allow email addresses to be shown so type in my address as you say it not as you read it.
