I dont have any papers for this alarm. It came with the sale of the house.

hi there donna, you'll need the existing code to start with.
type this as follows: 6, enter, old code, old code again, (panel bleeps twice), new 4 digit code (not 0000) panel beeps twice again to confirm changes - let me know if it works - cheers
