Hi! I was amazed to see this question as we just bought a second hand one and we had the same problem. Luckily we had an instruction book! It has overheated, so you need to clean the little filter which you can find by putting your hand up under the cooker on the right hand side towards the front. You will feel it move slightly - just pull one side down and then the other. It says to wash it and put it back, but we just left it out. Once the cooker had cooled down, the display lit right up again and it works perfectly. Good luck - it worked for me!
