how do i repair a damp floor in a caravan?

I would like to know how to repair a damp area of floor in my 1997 swift challenger

If the floor has got damp then you need to get it dried out obviously. There are many ways to do that as other comments have documented or you can regularly keep heating the caravan and yank up the carpets. But if you find that you now have a bouncy floor like we did then you will need to get down the caravan store and buy a delamination kit and go through the process as discribed on the kit. Unless you don't give a monkeys about the weight and condition of the caravan, in which case you can just wedge some wood underneath between the axel.

Hope this is some help to somebody

well the wood would rott on the floor and the water if u hav cleaned it or say if it has been raining the water can get in my advice would be to replace the floor in the caravan because eventually ur floor will rott away and u will fall though it (im only 14 but i hav learn`t alot off my dad he buys and sells caravans for a living) thank you

either you can vacum it out with a srong wet and vat or pull carpet and jute and let carpet dry out and replace the jute
Major thing is why and how did it get wet
