Bosch WTA 2000/01 tumble dryer not heating up?

Replaced element in Bosch WTA200/01 tumble dryer but still not heating up - is this a faulty thermal cut out problem or is there some other fault I should look for?

Red reset button on back of dryer solved this problem for me

It could be due to one of the three thermostats in the appliance.
