Just bought this (not twin) phone at Car Boot, found instruction booklet online, doesn't solve problem. Batteries in, tried to charge, beeping and displaying NOT REG. Tried to press PAGE button, display always goes back to NOT REG. Don't know original PIN. Help ! Is there something I have to do in Menu, in the correct order? Laymens terms please.
