The average age of an electric shower is 7-8 years so yours is very old, nearly all parts are obsolete for the Miralec, so unless you can pinpoint the fault and the part is common to another Mira shower, I doubt you will be able to fix it, sorry for the bad news, try www.showerspares.com or phone 0845 126 4141.
