It must take about 1 hour
Is the inlet valve broken?
The inlet valve filter looks OK
The program is not on Woolens

Take hose off the inlet valve & point it into the sink. Turn on tap & check that it has a strong flow of water. If ok & filter on inlet valve is ok then change the valve.
