my fridge has frozen my food and drink and the temp is on three were as my frost free freezer will not freeze anything, infact it has defrosted all my frozen food and the high temperture light has stayed on even when iv tried using the fast freeze button when i did my shopping. What does this mean? its working the oppisite way round.
