How do I cure gearbox/clutch proble?

I am finding it difficult to change gear in my 2002 Fiat 2.0 TD when the engine is cold. It appears to be OK when the engine is at running temperature. What is the cause - and the cure?

hi i would change gearbox oil its possibly contaminated with water had this problem with a few of these

keep clutch down untill the oil has a chance to circlate round the box mine makes a sort of input shaft noise when its cold probaly why they use semi synthetic gear box oil, sounds quite noisy but its nothing to worry about unless it vibrates or whines whilst driving
