Drawer bottoms are not usually fixed solidly to the drawer frame - they often sit in a slot to prevent them from falling out and just float.
Use white PVA glue to mend the frame and apply pressure while it's setting for the first few hours - you can apply the pressure with weights - proper wodworking cramps (which you will probably not have) or with rope... double run of rope around the frame with a short piece of wood to use like a tourniquet to apply tension to the rope - must protect the front edges with cardboard and check for square as you apply the pressure - do not forget to have the drawer bottom in place before gluing up... 12 hours should be plenty.
Super glue is not good on porous material like wood.
