Error message Sam4s ER-5115?

Sam4s ER-5115, error messge PP0.00. I've tried everthing that I could find on the internet, but none of the procedures worked. Register is frozen. Cleared the journal/receipt feed, on and off, nothing works.
Could there be any other problem that's causing the register to be in its state?

pull the plug, remove both paper rolls and ribbon, plug in. if printer doesn't cycle, printhead carriage is jammed. If it only jams up with the ribbon installed, the feed pawl on the right side of the ribbon plate is bent and jamming under the cartridge. This pawl breaks easily when bent, so ribbon plate should be replaced.

PP error is a printer error. normally, check to make sure there is no paper jammed between the printhead and the print platform. also check to see if there are any paper shards caught in any sensors inside of the printer and that the ribbon is not jammed. if the printer looks clear, try to do a staus clear: turn P key to P position on keylock, unplug register power, hold SUBTOTAL while plugging in power. If printer cycles and shows CLOSED, you should be good to go...

Does the printer cycle when plugged back in to outlet? If not look for paper jammed in printer. Remove all paper & see if paper path is clear. May have to tale screws off top of printer and cycle gears by hand.

I am also trying to find the error answer

In that case it could be printer failure. Best to take it to a dealer
