I need to turn off the mains supply to undertake electrical work, when I do so the alarm sounds. If I turn the alarm off at the supply and remove the battery the outside security box beeps continually. Is there an easy way. Regards

If the alarm is up to current uk regs, If you leave the power off the outside noise should cut out on its own in 20 mins, failing this the battery outside is only small and will soon run out anyway. When you have finished your electrical work connect the power and battery and they should recharge the outside one. Hope this helps
