Model TDC30P - Hotpoint condenser dryer. The drum is not turning so im assuming its the drive belt or the dryer belt?? im confused!! Cannot get into the machine to find out which one it is either - no screws only on back of machine which i have removed only to find no belt access at rear of machine! I tried to find a manual to this model but cannot find one. Help pleeeeease
