Ok you need to start with the basic stuff. If your knowledge is really limited see if you can get your hands on a manual (may be hard as your bike imported)

Some easy checks. First check your oil I am guessing is a 4 stroke. Should be a dip stick or sight glass on one side of engine. When was Oil and filter last changed?

Check you plugs. I would just change them if your not sure when they were change last. What do they look like when you take them out. When new ones in you need to check for a spark.

If sparking ok then you are looking at a petrol. Carbs and another answer. Keep the forum informed as people are good here and will help. Give as much detail as possible though. If you really dont know what your doing get a mate to help the checks above are simple but still need to know what your doing a little bit.
