how can i fix my beko tumble dryer?

My beko tumble dryer is not giving off any heat it has had a new heatig part fitted but it is still not heating up. It works otherwise just no heat.

what wires go which way???? i dont want to connect round the wrong way and then it stuffs it up.what i9s the particular way the plugs go together on heating element??? xx

have you connected the heater correctly.wires will go in either way on the element and cause this fault.could be a faulty wire down front to heater (connector loose).drum will need removing to get to this or relay on main pcb has failed (no output to heater)
