How can I bypass the clock/timer on a Creda Concept cooker?

I have an old (15 years?) Creda Concept cooker. The clock/timer has packed in working and has stpped both ovens from operating. It is obvious that if I bypas the clock/timer they will work, but I don't know which wires need connecting. Any (safe) suggestions?
