You seem to confuse relay and fuse... A relay is a switch in a small box operated by a coil / magnet arrangement. A fuse is just a holder with a piece of wire that melts with too much current flow.
Your car's handbook may have a diagram of fuses & relays with a table saying what each one does - it will not have a wiring diagram.
Haynes manuals from Halfords & Amazon will have relay / fuse layouts and complete wiring diagrams - not the easiest of diagrams to read without experience but very comprehensive.
You may have just one fault causing window & locking problems and it might be a fuse or a relay or a switch or wiring or connector problem - you might also have two faults.
Sometimes a fuse layout diagram is printed on a card inside the fuse box cover - just find your fuse box - often in the passenger side of the car close to the glove compartment but not necessarily.
