Hi Susan,

You seem to confuse relay and fuse... A relay is a switch in a small box operated by a coil / magnet arrangement. A fuse is just a holder with a piece of wire that melts with too much current flow.

Your car's handbook may have a diagram of fuses & relays with a table saying what each one does - it will not have a wiring diagram.

Haynes manuals from Halfords & Amazon will have relay / fuse layouts and complete wiring diagrams - not the easiest of diagrams to read without experience but very comprehensive.

You may have just one fault causing window & locking problems and it might be a fuse or a relay or a switch or wiring or connector problem - you might also have two faults.

Sometimes a fuse layout diagram is printed on a card inside the fuse box cover - just find your fuse box - often in the passenger side of the car close to the glove compartment but not necessarily.

Good luck...

Hi Susan, you will need to tell us the make, model and year of the car to get an answer
