iveco brake bleeding?

just changed n/s rear caliper on my 2004 daily 35s12 van but cant get any brake fluid out checked pipe back to a block above axle with four pipes atached cracked open the one to the caliper and pumped brake nothing is this block a brake bias unit gives more presure as van is loaded

You need to disnonnect the rod which connects the load proportioning valve to the axle casing and tie the arm in the up position. Then bleed the back brakes.
