Water coming from the pipe that goes to the heater tank?

Hi,
Water pours from the back of the pipe that leads from the heater tank and connects to the flexi pipe and shower head, when shower is turned on.
The shower is a Gainsborough 8.5SE electric shower
Can you help please?

hi if its the same as my 8.5e it sounds like your prd valve has gone. check your flexi pipe is not kinked or worn cause that valve is a pressure safety, then order a new prd/outlet pipe from any online or local spare parts store cost about £10. easy to fit take cover off then 2 screws hold that pipe on

HI There
It sounds like your soldered joint is broken needs replacing if the shower is less than twelve months old it may be still under warranty
