i have a mini moto and it wont start?

i have a mini moto 49cc 2cycle air cooled engine and it wont start the pulley is fine and the engines not seised it just wont start

Take the plug out and see if there's a spark when you lie it on the cylinder head and crank it. If there is, remove the carb for a good clean.
