I find a few sprays with 'Loctite Freeze Release' gets most things off.
Failing that take it to a garage and ask them to slacken it with their air impact gun, but they'll charge you.
Third option is get a garage to do the oil change, they dont usually bother with the sump plug, they just shove a hose down the dipstick and suck the oil out.
It's much quicker and cleaner for them, but I dont think it does as good a job as the end of the hose may not reach the lowest part of the sump.
