Hi there is it just the instruments you need to remove?
If it is then what you need to do is to remove the steering coloum shrouds, Un spring the panel at the bottom of the instruments, this should then allow the top piece to come away and then it should reveal the fixing screws. There isnt a lot of room so be careful when doing this job.
