how do i change my steering wheel for a renault clio?

i have removed my centre bolt and my steering wheel is still not moving

Put your hands either side (3 and 6 oclock) as if you were driving and tug alternately with each arm. Eventually it will come off.

Make sure your battery has been disconnected for 30 mins before attempting to disconnect your airbag.
