Key not working for my renault megane?

I cant gain access to my renault megane , can you replace the battery , do i have to take it to a renault dealer ? can someone please advise.

you should be able to change the battery in the key fob. If it doesn't work after that then you may have to re-code the fob but there will be a sequence to follow so yeh will prob need a garage.
