Can anyone mend a Precor 964 treadmill ? ?

Hi there.
I have a Precor 964 treadmill which no longer works since I had it moved. Every time I plug it in it trips the socket switch in my house. I changed the fuse but that didn't help.

I'm in Carluke, South Lanarkshire
