Take off the front lower panel of the washer dryer and unscrew the black circular drainage filter. Water will come out so put a tray under it.
I found a kirby grip lodged inside mine and it was stopping the spinner draining the drum.
My insurance cover had run out on the same day and I renewed it only to find I didn't need to call out an engineer! Great to have my machine working though.
