citroen c15 diesel 1994?

Re: change timing belt.
Changed various timing belts before it seems like i need to take off bottom pully to get to timing belt the nut on the bottom just don't wanna come off any idea's please .anti clockwise ?

Laser do a tool that locks the flywheel, but you can often get the nut off by turning it with the van in top gear and a friend standing on the brake pedal. Apply a little heat to the pulley bolt - that helps too.
