Triton shower problem?

My Triton shower appears to now only run at freezing cold or scolding hot, any ideas on what this could be?

Triton shower runs off mains, but now no hot water through shower,any idea?

HI There:
It sounds like your temperature presser valve needs replacing if the shower is less than twelve months old it may be still under warranty
