hi i cant open the back door on my citreon c5 ive taken the pannel off to see if when the handles are pulled to see if the rods move which they do so dont know what else to do to open the door
I thinking maybe the outside handle is broke and may be the child safety latch is on and thats why it wont open from the inside.

try moving levers up and down, side to side at door lock end. if it still wont unlock you will have to smash door lock mechanism until you can move levers inside door lock to open door. you will need a new door lock mechanism anyway so it doesnt matter when it breaks.
