Had the same problem on my printer, total page count 19713. Error E532

removed the black screw on the developer for each colour and carefully removed the developer, rotated the gears and made sure all rotating fine, reassembled and power cycled, printer warmed up and resumed printing jobs in queue.

E532 basically translates to:

"P/H Motor 2 error"
