F02 = Motor jammed / tacho detached.
Fault codes are useful but unfortunately not a magical solution to every problem, in fact they can be somewhat misleading at times. However the fault will lie somewhere in the motor circuit. Could be worn brushes, defective motor, broken wiring, or a defective PCB. Start at the easiest end & eliminate one thing at a time.
