glow worm compact 80e?

there is a rad icon top left flashing ,and there is no water flow to the hot taps any idea why cheers mike. i do not have the instruction manual

It means low water pressure.
Find your filling loop and increase the pressure to about 1.2 bar (gauge on the left).
