heatslave gaining pressure?

i have worcester heatslave oil boiler.the pressure keeps increasing to over 3 bar.i relieve the pressure but almost straight away it rises again.can anyone help?

check the filling loop isn't turned on or passing, otherwise bust plate heat exchanger.
