I have a Moffat Module 60 gas oven with a timer function but no instructions on how to use the timer. Can you help?

Three ways of using automatic timer.

1) FULLY AUTOMATIC.
Check that time of day on clock is correct. Push in and turn START knob to set orange pointer to required start time for cooking. Turn cooking time knob to length of cooking time required in minutes in the window to the left of the clock (might have a hand symbol in it). Turn oven control to 9 and then back to gas mark required. Delay time must not exceed 11 1/2 hours. Cooking time must not exceed 3 hours. If need more post a question
