The electric window stayed closed when the motor was supposed to be lowering it and it dropped suddenly. The window now stays down and although the motor is working the window will not rise or lower.
I think that when the window fell it broke whatever is attached to the cable that raises and lowers the window. Does anyone know how to fix this or make an alternate repair.
