Challenge Lawn mower - where can I purchase a pull cord unit ?

I have a coil that doesnt have the strength in the coil to return the cord back into a starting place -therefore I only get one pull. Can anyone advise where I can purchase one from ? the model I have is Challenge CPLM 4637S
