dyson dc04 brush doesn't turn?

the brush will not turn i have checked the belt and that is ok think it is the part that changes if you want the brush on or off

Depending on which DC04 you have, there may be a clutch on the side (sounds like this one). There are 2 belts on this model. Check out dysonmedic.com for help.
