The pump on my Potterton 11 Boiler is stuck How can I free it?

The pump on my Potterton 11 gas boiler has stuck so that it does not heat the radiators. Last year the same thing happened and I paid British Gas to come. They freed it in about two minutes so if it is that simple I would like to try myself

Undo the round screw on the pump centre...have a towel standing by to catch drips.....behind the screw there is the pump slotted impeller that you can turn with a screwdriver.
