How can I fix my Creda T632CW Excel Auto Sensor Condensor Dryer?

I have an Auto Sensor Condensor Dryer T632CW.When I switced on the dryer,the drum rotates but blows cold air hence clothes are cold and damp.Please advise what I should do?
