my boiler' s light is flashing 4 times per second. No heating or hot watr.have changed the fan but the fault is still present any chance of a solution.

without looking in to the fault more, i would not be 100 percent but i have had this fault before and the blue light was flashing-i think it was 4 times-ended up being the pcb
