code for peugeot 406 hdi?

i do not have a code for my 406 hdi as i have bought the car from the insurance,red light is blinking and turns but it doesnt start. no fuel to the engine.please help because i need the car asap

This is the transponder code in the key which is not being recognised by the BSI and so the fuel pump is not pumping fuel. 2 options. Go to peugeot garage and have the key recoded to the car, or try finding someone that can remove the immobiliser device from the fuel pump.
