If you have removed hose from inlet valve & turned tap on to confirm that water is getting to the solenoid & you have checked the filter on the inlet valve is not blocked then swap the wires going to the inlet valves. Put the two wires from the hot on to the cold valve & vice versa. Select hot wash & press start. If water enters machine that will confirm that water, valve & filters are ok. Put the wires back to original position, select cold wash & press start. If no water enters then you have a problem with the main circuit board.
