woodburning stove?

hi i am just in the process of installing our new clearview vision 500 stove

the flue pipe purchased is a generic one.
what is the best way of sealing the pipe to the stove

the stove had a collar factory fitted
i am concerned about leakage if i just sit the pipe in the collar

can anyone help?

Hi Mark, you're right you need to create a seal between the flue pipe and the stove. You should do this using fire cement which will create an air tight seal around the flue preventing harmful gases escaping. A small tub of fire cement costs a few pound and will be sufficient for your clearview, see the link below:
