I've looked at this myself, its one of the many 'what were they thinking' questions that arise while working on a vectra. Answer is- you have to temporarily remove the bracket on the rhs below the air filter box. Access is through the wheel arch after removing the right front tyre. please use a car stand and not just the jack to support the car btw. Buy yourself a manual if that is not enough.
