Could anyone let me know what may be the problem. My combi boiler works perfectly on the central heating side of things but the hot water does'nt seem to be working properly, the temperature of the water is way below what it should be unless you run the tap really slow, then it comes out hot???

try reducing the water flow rate through the boiler. There is usually a dial you can turn or a big turn screw (see manual).
