how do i put a drill bit in? Ive never used a chuckless key thing.

HI There:
Put the drill in low gear or to slow speed, if the drill chuck is closed the drill needs to be in reverse, and holed the chuck tittle depending on your size???? and the opposite way if it open ( this for the first time you need to take care as it can be quite powerful
