Ahhh, Snap on used to do a tool to remove that, can't remember it's number but it's outside in my car, I'll get it if you post back on here. Other than that you need to go car booting, get a 10" half inch drive extension & a 9/16" ring spanner. Cut the ring off the spanner measuring 1" from the centre of the ring & weld it to the end of the extension bar,, hey presto,, tool!! You'll still need nimble fingers to remove & replace the bolt & spring washer tho. Oil nuts & bolts on replacement too eh..
